  • Handle all daily sales operations, training and desking. Average a 980 CSI Score monthly through Goal Line. As of today 5/21 at 993.00 with 22 surveys sitting. Consistently hitting 100 and 110% goal with KIA to maximize dealer payout.
  • Build allocated orders and manage new car inventory pipeline. As well as, work with the Area Kia rep to keep influx of cars coming in.
  • Currently running 4030 a copy, 1731.42 on the front and 2211.48 on the back through 24 booked deals. Aim for 35-40 percent penetration in Paint & Fabric.
  • Manage Used Car pipeline, handle service R.Os, work with Vendors ect.
  • Helped achieve back to back record breaking months in March 2025 and April of 2025. Achieving 70 and 71 Units for a little over 200k combined gross.
  • Currently in the process of training under a GSM who's due for Retirement in the next couple years to become a GSM.
  • Call deals in for finance and have a strong finance impact to sell VSC and GAP pre finance.
  • Over see our recon deparment to ensure everything is operating smoothly.
  • Handle working with Controller and finance to ensure funding and title work is correct
  • Built a sales staff from 2 sales people to a solid and steady 5 and currently training my 6th.

  • Moved up from Louisiana and was placed into Finance, ran 2200-2400 a copy spinning about 65-75 deals a month
  • Was placed on the desk shortly after being hired, in the year of 23-24 Concordville finished 1st in the entire philly district. Beating out Rafferty and Cioca.
  • Ran a BDC department of 3, that collectively sold an average of 80-120 cars combined just through internet. Focused heavily on a 10% internet closing ratio and a 25% inbound phone call goal. Using trucar and other lead support, as well as handling customers personally when numbers were involved and was able to move the needle through Internet.
  • Worked along side my GSM at the time, handling a sales staff of about 14 and primarily focused on training and T.Os.
  • Worked with Subaru reps and marketing team to better move online influence and push Subaru programs.

  • Moved up to Used Car Sales Manager during Covid, where I fell flat on my face a couple times. Books were changing and I was new to the desk. Was able to start figuring out desking, auctions, Manheim. ect. Worked with Ownership and was trained under long term managers and was able to really stabilize as a manager.
  • Went through Covid, developed a wholesale to the public program. Where we retailed auction and wholesale pieces. At tremendous success with that.
  • Dealership was great under Pinnacle terms, learned alot.
