I provide care/support to patients daily while problem solving any issues that arise at the front desk among patients and colleagues. Among some of my daily duties are as following but not limited to:

- Scheduling for 10 plus doctors

-Scheduling for 10 plus nurse practitioners

- Train new hires

-Check in and check out patients

-Answer phone calls

-Provide patients with instructions for specific testing

-Proof read CT scan images for doctors

-Delegate colleagues on a daily basis to insure office is running efficiently

• Collaborated with service technicians to ensure proper parts identification and availability for repairs.

• Contributed to the successful completion of complex projects by assisting with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations as needed.
• Collaborated closely with other tradespeople like plumbers or HVAC technicians to ensure seamless integration of services within each project.
• I am a universally certified technician that specialized in residential/commercial replacements while doing my fair share of new construction projects as well.
