My main profession is nursing, but during my preparation to take the NCLEX exams for my nursing license, i took up a teaching job at a Daycare. Which included kids with special needs. I rose from an associate teacher to a lead teacher in just a year, and my main responsibility were to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plan and activities. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children learn and play. Maintaining their personal hygiene and helping them to identify their numbers and letters.

• Coordinating nursing operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing targeted improvements strategies in the area of patient and staff safety.
• Performing daily tasks such as patient assessment, giving and reviewing patients medications, and drawing of care plans that streamline workflow and improves overall efficiency.
• Improved patient satisfaction by implementing evidence-based practices in behavioral health nursing, such as diversional therapies and patients engagement among others.
• Streamlined workflow processes to optimize nursing staff efficiency and productivity levels by way of drawing flexible work schedules to suite the unit.
