Abigail Stambaugh

I’m extremely open-minded when it comes to various things in the work place, whether it’s working around a problem and having to go out of my comfort zone to figure a possible solution if my solution wasn’t available, working overtime’s when needed, flexibility in my schedule, and meeting new people and new equipment. I work very well with others and bring professional and fun conversations to the workplace all while being able to manage my time and get my job done efficiently. I bring a positive aura and mindset to the workplace and i always check up on my teammates and everyone around me to make sure everyone is mentally and physically well. I’m willing to work with many people or even do independent days as well. I’m also super flexible in learning new tasks and operations such as anything warehouse or truck operated. I know how to lead and make my own decisions but i also don’t mind following in someone else’s footsteps if there are better approaches to situations i may not be comfortable in. I’m amazing in sales and retail and to make sure the consumers/guests are comfortable when entering the store, i’ll answer any questions i possibly can, physically take them to areas where they may be looking for an item, or simply greeting them.
