• During my internship with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, I assisted with game-day operations, fan engagement, and community outreach. My responsibilities included managing interactive games on game days to increase sales revenue, supporting youth camps, coordinating with local groups to increase attendance, and helping with clubhouse and team logistics.

• I worked at the Country Club of Scranton as a bartender. It is here where I learned how to open and close the bar according to company procedures, handle cash in a responsible manner, ensure all cash is accounted for, and work well with a team. I gained valuable sales experience and customer relationships.

Displayed a positive attitude, teamwork, and communication skills with customers and colleagues. I gained knowledge of the food and drink menu, which helped me upsell additional items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
