While working there as their main evening bartender I had to of course tend to the bar which involves giving great customer service and making a variety of alcoholic drinks and taking correct food orders. I also had to execute those food orders which meant getting back in the kitchen and making the items myself. After a full day of tending bar and making food I had to stock all beer and food items, clean and sanitize every surface I can, and of course securely lock up every night. While working here I received a few dollar an hour raise dues to reliability when new bartenders quit or got fired while maintaining excellent customer service.

As a bartender as nikis I was responsible for serving of age customers the alcoholic beverage of their choice.
