In this role, I have independently designed and implemented a recruitment strategy across over 20 medical offices. I am in charge of the full recruitment cycle of about 30 open positions at a time for various medical positions. The recruiting process includes writing and posting the job over various job boards, screening resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, and drafting and sending offer letters.
As a Recruiter, I was in charge of recruiting for 10 Real Estate companies at a time. These companies were across the country and ranged from top companies to new early-stage businesses. I consulted with company owners to help them scale and grow their business exponentially by utilizing their new employees.
At AmeriHealth Caritas, I managed the daily schedules and projects of several senior directors. I facilitated meetings within the Market Entry/Proposals department and worked on various projects and initiatives.
