• As the director of five schools in the Easton School District, for both before and after school care. I maintained compliance with regulatory requirements, while also mentoring staff at each of the five schools.
• In addition, I was responsible for Pre K Counts classroom and staff in two of the buildings.
• I provided leadership and guidance to staff through ongoing training and meetings.
• I built connections with the school district staff and personnel, and worked collaboratively with them.
• I was responsible for employee and child attendance records, handling payroll, and ordering new materials for sites.
• I developed work schedules for team members to maximize shift coverage.
• I frequently visited all five schools, spending time at each one, while observing and mentoring staff as needed, and engaging with the children and parents.
