
I am a dedicated team member in any role I take on. Store culture and environment are as important to me as store metrics, KPIs, and goals. I believe stores thrive when the staff thrives and that comes from thorough training, confidence in role, and consistency. As Store Manager, my staff and I took my location at Ross from a 5.5 million Store to a 14 million dollar store annually in about 8 years. At Aldi, as assistant manager, I have begun my journey learning the grocery side of retail from the home goods side and have loved the transition. I have worked as a part-time Associate, full-time Associate, supervisor, Assistant manager and Store Manager and I believe this has given me insight into what all team members in various positions have on their plate. Last but not least, providing an enjoyable shopping experience for Customers is of the utmost importance. I believe this is done through product availability, clean and organized stores, and fair prices.
