  • Previously I was quickly promoted from part time to full time, and from Customer Service Desk Associate to Head Cashier. My role was to direct and lead the front end team through scheduling, observation and coaching, implementing business model releases, and promote corporate directives and activities.
  • As part of my further training, I took on the roles as back up support for Special Order Sales and Credit Coordinators as well as Pricing and Signage coordinator. I have received multiple customer commendations and would consistently step in and solve customer care issues requesting manager assistance with their support. In the 2012 All Store Meeting, I was awarded most Credit Applications completed with more than 15 processed over the next leading associate.
  • I took upon myself to adapt new procedures in the front end systems at store 1047 after reviewing strengths and opportunities learned between the 1729 and 1047 locations. As an example, I addressed efficiency and accuracy in the processing of internet orders, which resulted in fewer customer complaints and quicker completion times.
