Through the Hospital Elderly Life Program (HELP) program, I was able to:

- Assist patients with delirium by orienting them

- Aid patients that were unable to eat or perform other necessary actions

- Supported hospital staff in daily tasks, resulting in improved efficiency and patient satisfaction

- Restocked medical supplies and consumables on patient floors

• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained valuable experience working within a cancer research lab studying the implications of oxidation of centromeres
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Gained hands-on experience for in-lab procedures

• Participated actively in regular meetings with fellow researchers to discuss project updates, challenges faced, and lessons learned during ongoing activities.
• Organized research materials, maintaining a well-ordered workspace conducive to productivity.
• Maintained open lines of communication with project leads and team members for effective collaboration on common goals.
• Conducted literature reviews to support hypothesis development and identify gaps in existing knowledge.
