Sales Team Leadership and Management:
Recruiting, Hiring, and Training: Assists in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
Motivating and Coaching: Motivates and coaches the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve performance.
Performance Management: Monitors and evaluates sales performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Team Meetings: Leads or co-leads sales meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and best practices.
Sales Process and Strategy:
Sales Strategy Development: Assists in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics.

Help customers find financing solutions and secure competitive rates from various lenders.
Work with lending agencies to offer fair lending rates to buyers.
Process applications for vehicle financing and ensure timely approvals.
Offering Financial Products:
Present finance and insurance product menus to customers, explaining benefits and features.
Recommend and sell extended warranties, aftermarket products, and other optional add-ons.
Ensure that products sold are priced within dealership guidelines.
Paperwork and Compliance:
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly.
Verify that all required documents are signed correctly and that all monies due to the dealer are collected prior to delivery.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., on all transaction documentSecuring financing for new and used car buyers, offers insurance and warranty products, and ensures compliance with financial regulations, while also generating revenue for the dealership through sales of finance and insurance programs.
