* During each call I explain to the customer reasoning for the call, for example, securing their accounts, applying discount programs to their existing accounts, completing web demos to enhance their knowledge of the website which in turn secures more revenue for MSC.
* I also respond to the customers surveys using a Qualtrics. During these calls I am speaking with the customers in regards to surveys they have responded to and obtaining as much detail as possible about any issues they may be having and summing up the details into an email to send to the proper department who can assist the customer in finding answers and solutions to their issues.
* We complete trainings for product knowledge and company policies often as to stay productive in our daily tasks and adhere to all company policies.
