* Researching companies to obtain as much information about what they do, their employee count, location, machinery on site, past and current orders placed and best point of contact when contacting the company.

* Utilizing multiple programs such as WEB SOE, Google, Co-Pilot, AS400, Salesforce and other programs as needed to complete the tasks on hand per each individual call.

NOTE: We have goals and quotas we need to meet to receive our quarterly incentive pay. I have exceeded all of our required goals every quarter since my employment began with MSC therefore, I earned my incentive pay every quarter.

*Making calls daily to update customers account information. Updating their Customer segmentation, machine shop profiles, contact list, address, email and any other pertinent details to assure the most knowledge obtainable for each company.

* During each call I explain to the customer reasoning for the call, for example, securing their accounts, applying discount programs to their existing accounts, completing web demos to enhance their knowledge of the website which in turn secures more revenue for MSC.

* I also respond to the customers surveys using a Qualtrics. During these calls I am speaking with the customers in regards to surveys they have responded to and obtaining as much detail as possible about any issues they may be having and summing up the details into an email to send to the proper department who can assist the customer in finding answers and solutions to their issues.

* We complete trainings for product knowledge and company policies often as to stay productive in our daily tasks and adhere to all company policies.
