Food and cooking, in general, have always been a large factor in my life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by the kitchen, whether it was watching Chef Emeril Lagasse on T.V. or helping my grandmother cook. I feel as if the kitchen raised me; it taught me various social skills, communication, and how to deal with problems. I am hoping to find the next step in my career to continue growing and expanding my skills as a cook (and future chef).
