- Review and submit kitchen equipment brochures, custom fabrication drawings, equipment rough-ins, walk-in cooler/freezers, exhaust hoods
- Manually confirm that all kitchen equipment under slab and in wall rough-ins are present and located correctly
- Submit RFI’s for equipment and/or design clarifications
- Complete a final review of all custom fabricated items using field measurements, and alter the design as needed before releasing into production
- Attend pre-construction and course of construction coordination meetings
- Create profitable change orders and RFQs

- Utilize and manage a 'backward schedule' so projects are completed prior to substantial completion
- Ensure kitchen project is prepared for Ansul System tests, system design verifications and Health Department inspections
- Handle install issues immediately and accurately
- Address and schedule all punch list work punctually
