- Created new domestic promotional fleece program so we could react quickly to Black Friday sales. Increase sales from 150K units to over 225K units in one season. With a domestic quick-turn program, we were able to fill to stores with the appropriate inventory levels.
- Managed 251 Collegiate Schools sales and receipts across ~800 stores and over 1,500
store/team combinations.
- Developed a forecasting tool that was put in place across all leagues, tracking sales potential by
team, on order, markdowns and target ending inventory
- Managed licensed division Black Friday and 4th qtr promotional activity, including NFL, MLB,
NBA, NCAA & NHL.

- Maximized company profitability by assisting in an IMU analysis to reduce COGS with Nike,
saving $7M at cost over the course of 3 years.
- Created a unique customer experience by developing and building private brands and exclusive products throughout the store - including Umbro, Slazenger, Field & Stream, Louisville Slugger and Reebok.
- Manage our open-to-buy on a weekly basis, making decisions on future advertising, receipt flow
and sales opportunities in order to achieve long-term profitability goals.
- Grew planning area of responsibility from $40M to over $200M.
