  • I contacted all sales leads, scheduled site visits, discussed equipment options, The layout of the new system with customers and provided a written proposal with an AHRI certification. I would follow up with customers weekly to see if they had any questions or concerns. If we got the job, I would secure a signed proposal, money down (if not financing), confirm a date for installation and order the equipment needed for installation. If a permit was needed, I would process same. Upon completion of the installation, I would go over the install with the customer, handle any concerns the customer may have, collect payment and forward to the office for warranty registration. If any warranty claim arose, I would process same, obtain the parts, schedule the repairs and forward the warranty parts to the manufacture for a credit. During this time, I was in charge of scheduling all installs, going over the job with the install crew and handle any issues that came up during the installation. At the same time on the service side, I quoted all repairs. Once I received authorization for the repairs, I would order the parts and forward to the office to schedule once they were in.
