• Developing and maintaining project schedules and project budgets; regular reporting on schedule and budget. Issue, risk, and scope management.

Sr. Project Manager for a financial services organization; tasked with the rollout of standards; tools and processes to support the project management team.
Responsibilities included:

• Managing projects sponsored by the CIO. • Working with business and IT to determine requirements, design, and deployment of projects.

• Daptiv Implementation – Responsible for managing the project team, facilitating requirements gathering, designing the configuration, planning for the training of over 200 people in IT (Philadelphia and Dayton), and post-implementation support.
• PM Standards – Responsible for the development and deployment of project management standards across the organization. This project consisted of the creation of a PM framework and standard deliverables that are used by both IT and the business project managers.
