Engaged in a comprehensive leadership development program designed to enhance strategic thinking, team leadership and communication skills.
Currently assigned to the Service Recovery Team at the PC level. In 2024, I resolved over 6,500 Service Requests, exceeded productivity levels, submitted over 1,000 peer feedback items, and consistently exceeded all target levels.
Proposed and implemented a Drive Safe and Safe Job Aid for Production Underwriting through collaboration with Learning Function and DSS Process Analysts. This included presenting the new job aid to the SR and Production Teams.
Developed and implemented strategies that streamlined workflows and improved team efficiency.
Served as a resource for my peers in various areas including problem files, Remote Imaging, One Note, TOWELIE, ACMT, Jabber, and DSS.
Proactively identified issues with processing updates, collaborating with a Technical Specialist to develop effective workarounds, resulting in improvement in processing efficiency.
Independently handled inquiries weekly from peers, business partners, leadership, agents, and policyholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses that enhance satisfaction and support organizational goals.
Knowledge of PLCC, Production DE/PC, workflows, and Process Guides.
