In addition to the client-facing tasks that come with my role as an account executive, I support Caliber internally as a teaching assistant for Caliber's College of Public Relations training program. The program supports team members in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, navigating challenging situations, and crafting customized strategies tailored to a client's specific needs and goals. As teaching assistant, I am responsible for identifying opportunities to adjust the curriculum based on student and professor feedback, assigning professors to lead courses based on their strengths, and preparing concise yet effective presentations for each course.
