-Worked as a nightshift PRN multi-campus float pool RN during a travel assignment based in Seattle, WA. Was placed among four different campuses in the Seattle area under Providence Swedish Medical Center, and was sent to fill in gaps of staffing ratios on any given night.
- Grouped to work on step-down and medical-surgical units, and would also switch unit locations, as well as hospital locations during any given shift where extra staffing was needed.
- Adapts well and quickly to new environments and units, ensuring to follow specific guidelines and rules of these units correctly, as well as collaborating easily with multidisciplinary teams due to this experience.
