As a shift lead at Nina's Waffles, I prepared and served food items following health and safety regulations. Also, assisted in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. Participated in training new staff on food service procedures. Operated cash register to process cash, check, and credit card transactions. Performed opening and closing duties such as setting up workstations with necessary supplies.

As a RBT, I assisted in implementing behavior intervention plans for clients. I would observe client behaviors to gather data for analysis. Using this data i engaged clients in therapeutic activities to promote skill development such as mand training and regulating emotions. I also worked with feeding programs with clients ages 3 and 5. I implemented visual supports such as schedules, picture cards.

As a camp counselor for kids with special needs I would work in a ratio of 1:3 helping campers adjust to camp and making sure they were included and comfortable. I used a variety of visual schedules and prompts to help them succeed in a camp setting. I communicated effectively with families about their child's progress in camp.
