While working for Acme Corrugated, I started out as a general laborer. I was the pre-feeders assistance to what ever they needed. From hanging the jobs up, getting the correct tools for whichever ticket/job we are running. Shortly I became the pre-feeder operator which main job was to keep the boards feeding the machine without any stops. A month later I became the machine operator assistant to machine operator. Which my job was to keep the machine running being the last pair of eyes making sure the box is to 100% to its spect. I was the team leader making sure as well as my job is done but there job is being done as well. I operated two different machines as well pre-feeder operator to 5 machines.

• I started out as a general laborer got trained on a forklift to help remove pallets and unload trucks. As I progress and learned more about the department I exceeded there expectations and got bumped up to an order picker. Over a period of time they certified me on each truck pallet jack and pacer to help other departments as needed. I learned so much about the company and how each department runs they offered me a position as a team lead in the return department where I currently stand right now. And make sure everybody is in the correct position, aces in the places. I'll make sure all the trucks are unloaded properly all returns or properly scanned in to correct location from damaged to inventory. Organize and clean areas to make them run fluently. My first month I saved the company/profited 200 K.
