- My initial job was to cater for large parties, weddings, business meetings, etc... but later transitioned to full a la carte service as well.
- I had to learn through osmosis and communicate with my co-workers to succeed.
- My awareness for guest satisfaction and problem solving was able to bloom in this environment, allowing me to thrive in high-octane environments with hundreds of guests.
