I hired caregivers before it became centralized. I kept employee files up to date, audited employee files yearly and asked employees for missing documents and credentials. I coordinated, scheduled and went to job fares. I had my own case load, scheduled aides and nurses for their cases along with doing their payroll.

Cared for elderly in their homes, light housekeeping, running errands and grocery shopping, laundry, doctor appointments, companionship.
