Demand Planning Manager

  • Responsible for managing 150 Million Dollars in Inventory on a monthly basis across 3 distribution centers across the United States
  • Working closely with large 3PL vendors to ensure a continuous flow of stock and creating purchase orders to replenish stock
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring forecasts and sales trends on a weekly basis and reporting on large variances vs forecasts
  • Responsible for vendor controls, including ensuring reporting accuracy and reviewing sales and inventory metrics with all vendors
  • Worked closely with all other teams to ensure all customer forecasts were captured and to prevent any stock outs during high demand times
  • Responsible for setting up new vendors and new products in the SAP system and ensuring all business units setup the product according to the SOP
