• Replaced damaged, missing, or defective parts with new components.
• Fix motorcycles that require diagnosis. Electrical diagnosis and repair, fix paint defects, replace cosmetic damage, motor repair

Minor Repair

• Repairs to motorcycles coming offline that require less than 15 minutes of work

Press Department

• Ran laser to cut fenders and gas tank shells
• Ran press machines for fenders and tanks
• Ran washers and tunnel press

Dyna Team Build

• 3 person team building motorcycles from beginning to end

Assembly Line Work

• FL engine decking, Dyna engine decking, Line 1 assembler 6 job rotation group (deck engines, add wiring harness, add inner primary and shifter, add swing arm, install clutch, add outer primary)

Chrome Department

• Buff and polish heat shields

Electrical Department

• Build wiring harnesses

Paint Department

• Load fenders and tanks on chain line , run rivet machine

• Saw cutter machine operator
• Valve straightener machine operator

• Followed verbal and written instructions to properly move and ship products.
• Used fork lifts, hand truck, and pallet jacks to move materials on dock.
• Loaded, unloaded, and sorted cargo
