Provided one-on-one care for a seven-year-old child who was legally blind with learning and communication delays. Collaborated with family members to build a routine that encouraged learning, enrichment, and social development. Supported building conversation and social skills through play together while building a positive relationship.

Responsible for children ages five through fifteen on and off of the water. Planned educational lessons mixed with arts & crafts, swimming, and exploring. Taught basic sailing and racing skills, helping children to grow in skill and confidence. Seasonally employed when not in school.

Provided care for patients of varied ages in the Emergency Departments, ICU, Orthopedic recovery, Oncology unit, and other acute care settings.

Assisted in teaching ballet to children ages three to five. Helped to create a warm and welcoming environment in order to foster a love of dance and encourage creativity in students. Utilized varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
