  • Started as a foreman running a crew at the Hunterstown power plant in 2002. Was elevated to Area Foreman on HRZG #1 and responsible for three crews (35 men).
  • Foreman on the Good Samaritan Hospital project in 2004. This was a new addition as well as multiple areas of renovation within the existing building.
  • Sub-foreman on the Highmark Data Center project in 2005. This project was fast track and was the first time I was introduced to using CAD.
  • General Foreman on the Press #7 replacement at Spring Grove paper mill in 2006. At peak, there was 35 men on dayshift and 25 men on nightshift. Highly compressed schedule with many challenges.
  • Sub-foreman on a renovation project at GSK in 2006. I was overseeing the orbital crew. In addition to directing the men, I had to file weld documents, check control drawings and coordinate with a third party QC firm.
  • Sub-foreman on small projects and a shutdown at Johnson and Johnson in Lititz in 2006. Oversee a crew installing a new condensate receiver tank in the boiler room and several small projects within the plant.
