Shadowed the house keeping manager and oversaw the housekeepers. I learned the duties and responsibilities of a housekeeper. Assigned rooms to house keepers, inspected rooms, stripped rooms, made the housekeeper's schedules, conducted interviews for prospect candidates, helped wash and fold laundry and made special accommodations to accommodate guest's requests when needed. Also shadowed the front desk manager, responsible for checking guests in upon arrival, checking guests out upon departure, answering phone calls, booking rooms in the hotel, recording items that guests lost that were found, recording charges guests made during their stay, running reports from the day and night shifts, helping guests with their luggage and valeting their cars for them, doing the schedule for the front desk staff. Helped get people in touch with other staff from different departments when that was requested by a caller. Also learned the duties and responsibilities of the night auditor by working a couple for night audit shifts. Spent two days at Union League National and shadowed the cottage coordinator. I learned the set up of the cottage, properly stocked the food and beverages for the cottage, prepared convenience kits, inspected the cottage to make sure everything was set up the way it was supposed to be and replenished food and beverage supplies as when requested by guests.

• Responsible for seating guests upon arrival, pouring water for guests upon seating, responsible for delivering food to guests and clearing dishes out of the way as guests were finished
• During golf outings, I was responsible for setting up the outdoor patio, bu et stations, bringing drinks to guests and clearing dishes
• Led team in breaking down and cleaning up the building when guests left
• In addition to the roles above, I shadowed the Food and Beverage Managers during the month of April
• I sat in on meetings with companies planning golf outings, helped contribute ideas on what changes to make to the menu monthly and oversaw the sta set up for lunch and dinner services and golf outings.

• To Hostess to Server - Started out as a busser and food runner, then promoted to hostess and subsequently server
• Presently working as a server, which entails taking food and drink orders and serving patrons
• As a hostess, was responsible for seating guests, answering the phone, serving takeout orders and occasionally bussing tables - Provide training to new employees
• In addition to roles above, I served as a management intern in the summer of 2021 during which time I assisted in such areas as social media advertising, sales analysis, and ingredient sourcing.

• Provided counter service at a local ice cream shop
• Responsible for serving customers, preparing orders, and organizing the kitchen for daily service, and cleaning and resetting the kitchen at the conclusion of service.
