I have always been praised for my technical mindset; it was easy for me to study the structure of computers and the equipment that is always next to it. Working in security, I learned how to manage people, the main and brief thing that I can highlight from my experience is the fact that: people are essentially not stupid, but simply lazy, and if you find the right approach to training, then even a stupid-looking person can do his job high quality and fast.
During my service in the army, I learned to be patient, I began to understand why it is always worth listening to management, people who manage large projects see the whole situation “from above” and workers see only locally. Accordingly, when you see the entire problem, you take completely different decisions and actions than a local review.
I also know how to work in a team, listen to the opinions and proposals of each team member, express my opinion on everything and, using team logic and consequences, highlight the most optimal option for solving or constructing a problem
In addition, I would like to say that I also worked part-time at a service center repairing computers and phones, this was an experience of 6 months.
I like everything related to computers, and I would love to plunge into the world of artificial intelligence, now I don’t have much experience in this, but I can assure you that when I get this job, I will develop in the direction
