Flatbed owner operator that's required to haul anything from steel coils 48k plus to loads of over dimensional freight such as steel plate.

This job requires you to have the knowledge and skill to secure any and every type of freight to a flatbed trailer safely as not to put yourself or public in danger.

Expected to be able to physically and effectively tarp flatbed trailer loads sometimes requiring 2 24x16 tarps in a manner that is safe and secure.

Expected to keep your equipment in safe and operable condition as per federal regulation and dot standards.

Requires you to drive in a safe and respectful manner because flatbed loads require the utmost respect and mindful driving for the saftey of yourself and the public surroundings you.

Nessary to have the knowledge to secure any and all types of freight that can be transported via flatbed

Mandatory to have the knowledge to be an independent contractor that is completely self sufficient and has the ability to problem solve and maximize their own potential without assistance of the carrier.
