The ELRC Coordinator for the Early Learning Center (ELRC) is responsible for all
over sight and review of the processing activities in one or more specialized
functions related to the determination and re-determination of eligibility of applicants
and clients for subsidized childcare services; for ensuring compliance with funding
source requirements through use of an automated client management and reporting
system; for maintaining all files, records, and documentation; and for providing
processing over sight, program leadership, and program direction to Eligibility
Specialists in the functions of applications, re-determinations, and Temporary Aid to
Needy Families (TANF), SNAP, STARS and others at various locations.
Supply school therapeutic services to ensure comprehensive and adequate learning as best as possible in an emotionally safe environment. Provide intervention, behavioral support and work towards the achievement of identified treatment goals. Create and maintain written notes to follow progression of clients.
Observed intake procedures and policies; wrote observation reports on progress of residents and ensured the successful achievement of their personalized action plans; attended court proceedings; and mastered the policies, procedures and protocols of the facility.
