I inspect the plastic lids and portion containers to make sure I'm packing good product before it gets shipped in a carton box. If the plastic lids and portion containers are bad I must inform the machine operator about the defect so they can fix it and take the bad lids out so they don't get packed. I must do 6 checks every 2 hours to make sure the plastic lids and portion containers are acceptable. My labels are correct, the cardboard cartons are correct and the production order and date are correct as well.
