Multifamily Renovation - The Roosevelt Building $15.2 Million
- Managed project from start to finish following a multi-unit fire and subsequent water damages.
- Responsible for coordinating with Mitigation and Industrial Hygienist team to determine scope of work throughout all areas of the building for demolition, working with PLI inspection team and owners to bring building up to current code, build and maintain a highly detailed schedule to methodically demolish and renovate over one hundred and sixty units across twelve floors.
- Coordinated an average of over 80 tradesmen daily alongside superintendent.
Ground-Up Construction - DLC Raccoon Substation $3.69 Million
- Managed the construction of a new building on an active substation with high and extra high voltage wiring running below and above ground through work space.
- Coordinated with engineering, safety, and excavation teams to efficiently and safely perform site work and underground utilities while maintaining substation operation.
- Successfully delivered project more than two weeks earlier than scheduled end date.
