I take great pride in being a dedicated employee who genuinely enjoys assisting others. I routinely check in with my colleagues to ascertain if they require any support. Collaboration is a natural inclination for me, and upon completing a task, I experience a sense of relief and seize the opportunity to determine whether any of my peers could benefit from my assistance. I hold a profound appreciation for being a part of a team, as it fosters a familial atmosphere where we collectively confront challenges with creativity and mutual support. I offer a strong positive attitude along with exceptional interpersonal skills, expressing my readiness to learn and advance in a cooperative environment. I possess a foundational understanding of community service principles, complemented by the ability to assist in event planning and execution. I am prepared to utilize and further develop my organizational and problem-solving skills in a leadership role.
I was thrilled to run sound for my high school's indoor percussion ensemble at Governor Mifflin! I was eager to explore a different experience in an indoor setting, which is quite unique compared to the usual live events with guitars and vocals. It was a wonderful opportunity, as we had some exciting instruments involved, like keyboards and synthesizers. The gig was enjoyable, and I’m looking forward to continuing with them because I embraced the mindset of a classical musician, which often leads to such dynamic contrasts and big impacts!
Right now, I'm enjoying my time at the Millersville University Office of Visual and Performing Arts, where I have the exciting role of stage-managing events and working with lights and sound. It's wonderful to see so many diverse events happening all year round!
I was delighted to participate in the fantastic Autumn Leaves Festival in Millersville, PA! This charming outdoor event was overflowing with many enjoyable activities that made it truly memorable. We adored soaking in the live music from incredibly talented bands like Fos Howell, The Barkley Cove, Douche Canoe, Kathryn Solomon, and Stolarski and Figueroa, which created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the festival. Additionally, we savored some mouthwatering food and had a marvelous time exploring the creative offerings from various art vendors. I felt genuinely honored to run sound for Douche Canoe, The Barkley Cove, and the other talented performers. Fellow members of the Marauder Music Club also had the chance to run sound for different bands, as groups paired us.
