Emily Schlichter

I am Dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a focus on enhancing student engagement and academic performance. Expertise in individualized learning plans and behavioral strategies, creating supportive environments for diverse learners. I also, run a variety of different clubs at school, I recently started a Coffee Cart Club ran by our Learning support students, I am a member of our schools Social Committee, and also participate in other after school clubs. This year I was appointed to the role of Assistant Coordinator, where I was in charge of all LS assistants in the district. These roles varied from, daily emails to assisting with schedules, and sending out all communication needed for the school year.
