Research, identify and secure new store markets for Fortune 500 AutoZone as their broker in the North East
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and building a new pipeline of sites for AutoZone in specified markets, 25-30 new markets per year
Preparing and negotiating LOI’s for each specified market with Landlord’s and Seller’s
Preparing PowerPoint’s to highlight the market and site’s strengths for AutoZone’s internal pre-approval processes
Identifying zoning & setbacks for each site
Identifying building criteria for each market
Meeting with township officials to work on entitlements and other necessary government approvals for AutoZone’s use and store opening to be possible
Preparing approval packages for the AutoZone Executive Committee approval process
