Why I want to change my career path

  • I do not melt in the rain. But my job sites do.
  • It’s a volatile business I’m in and even at a great company like Kinsley I worry about layoffs in the winter due to weather and also the state of the economy.
  • I’d like to expand my critical thinking and want to step up to the next level in the trades. I believe that electric distribution is that next level up and am chomping at the bit for an opportunity.
