Besides my own personal growth, I believe that I have the ability to have an affect on someone else's life through my own personal experiences and education. Being in leadership roles has allowed me to shine a mirror on places of improvement, and therefore, allowed for a much more rapid growth. It has never been more than 12 months since I have seen a promotion at any given company. I hope to be able to build stronger connections with people and continue to grow as a professional.
