As a doordasher you begin to learn how to get your deliveries on time by picking up the food delivery the order that is being placed at the restaurant picking it up and taking it to the destination or the location of the person who ordered it and a timely manner without making mistakes like being lost and not knowing how to find your way to get to her address can be difficult but when you get good at it you use your MapQuest and your Maps Google Maps to do this you cannot do this without that so that's was so that's what was so hard about the job was trying to figure out your areas map location but I began to get good at it and I was very good at the job it's just it became an addiction to try to keep doing it and it could wear and tear on your mind being prone to having lack of sleep but it was a great job I loved it and it did me a lot of good
As a machine operator but starting off as a prepper I would help Prep course that were for certain lengths and certain as wide as they would be up to a 72-in core but sometimes I would help on the on the laminator press or even rewinding rolls which is from larger laminated rolls or larger rubber rolls cutting them down to 25 ft rolls even up to hundreds of feet or a thousand foot roll 750 ft roll 500 ft roll but mostly they were smaller rolls up to about 40 ft 50 ft and we would be lifting up to 80 lb having to place them on pallets and we have to work as a team because you can hurt yourself and you can hurt your hands or even Your Arms by carrying such weight and trying to bend pallets with five up to five rolls and this was repeated and we probably did about try to do from 75 rolls to 100 rolls per shift there was a 20 minute break for lunch no breaks in between and I really enjoyed the job but they agreed to hire me and cuz I was the only temp and they underestimated my ability to do a good job at a job that I really didn't approve of the way they were treating other employees was the safety is so if you don't use that motto they can wreck your situation but the job was very challenging and I loved it
As an outside sanitation worker and working in the sanitation department I had a great boss his name was Chad gettings and he taught me responsibility and to be a self aware of at all times with my walking because we had to pay attention to things that had to be done outside I was cleaning the yard cleaning the front yard cleaning the docks cleaning any debris anything that would be needed to be cleaned all the trash change out all the trash for the truck drivers and even go inside and help do sanitation work inside the building at the unifiability and strinestown but considered York PA I did pretty well I was Employee of the Month I learned a lot and it was a very it was an okay experience but it was not what I really like to do but I loved it anyway because I was good at it but I prefer to work inside a warehouse but and I earned a holler position without a bid on the second time I've been on it but I didn't go to it on December 7th I did not return to the job on the first night of September 18th but it was 19th at 1:00 a.m. because I would have to move to Harrisburg so and there was for personal reasons but I enjoyed the job and I earned a new job that paid $21 an hour 1975 + 125 differential
As a d2s sweeper working in d2s Department I was assigned with a group of d2s sweepers that would clean out trailers and move pallets up to 12-hour shifts for three and a half 12 hour shows only we had overtime and I enjoyed that job that was my favorite job of all time using the double Jack frontrider or even a center Center Rider with a double Jack fort and if you could use a small forklift and never got trained to use a stand-up Rider I mean a stand-up forklift but we would have to move unload help stack pallets move constantly working very hard stainless work is very hard on your body but it was the greatest job I ever had at ES3 is the greatest company on that I've ever worked for and I was removed in November of 2022 and but if I could go back I would go back there without question that is the greatest company that I've ever worked for hands down it pays good benefits are good and I know now that you must work very hard with your crew and watch what you say watch what you do because safety comes first in that in that environment and I was a repack picker for repack and a sweeper for using a single Jack frontrider to haul the store orders with tobacco for all the the areas that we would send to the giant facilities that was my first job and then I went to d2s sweeping in a different department and that was my experience there was 12-hour shifts working hard with a group of people and it was during the pandemic so it was very strenuous very stressful to have no one come to work and you still have to do these orders so it would cost us a long long days but that was my favorite job at ES3
My experience at KFC was started off in 2017 at the West York or no the East York KFC and then I went to the West York KFC but there was a gap there because I left that East York KFC and went to the Westshore KFC where my boss Adam was there because I preferred to be in a company of a person that I trusted with everything in my life and he was a good supervisor and his name is Adam Griffin and I worked there for almost 2 years and then I went to ES3 in 2020 and as a cook you would cook the chicken prep the chicken bread dark meat bread extra tasty crispy extra crispy you help shut down the fryers help clean out fryers help prep the the next day open and close and clean the store throughout trash keep your areas clean help with everyone because we had a Long John Silver's but I was considered a cook closer and I love that job it was very hard on your physical body and your hands but I love the job and it was a great experience for me
So my experience at Fry's communication was to prove that I could be hired there because I had a job opportunity that was given to me by somebody before I got out of my jail experience for 3 months in 2016 I went there just to prove to everyone that I was allowed to be hired there and I worked there for 3 hours I worked there for 3 hours and I quit just to show that I was able to get a job there it was given to me by a friend and I couldn't go there because I went to KFC because very soon people don't know that I am going to be aware of there's going to be a pandemic so I needed to keep my my my work experience was to be around where I live I lived in York Haven but I did I wasn't really impressed because I was supposed to be a second Pressman operator a roll tender but they had me doing something with binder stacking binding stacks of printed paper I was not going to do that because that is not the kind of work I'm interested in being involved with as I had over 12 years experience and and UV printing
I can't really remember exactly what the date of my hiring experience was at Wendy's but it wasn't that long but it was for a little while I did very well I was an opener and I worked very hard and I did all I could to help be a cook clean take out trash shut down help with maintaining the Wendy's work day and I enjoyed it very much and I worked good hours and I enjoyed being being there till it got to the point where working at fast food is not that great because the people that they hire are always a bunch of young people or people who don't have their parts in the right place so they can become hard to keep on point with having good work ethic so I end up just quitting any of my fast food jobs because I'm not going to put up with that environment and everyone keeps getting fired and quitting and so that's what it was but then I went to KFC for an experience again because I worked off and on at KFC for 2 years for 3 years and then I went to ES3 in 2020 as the start of the pandemic in March of 2020
At Burger King I was hired to learn how to be a closer a cook a person who prepped sandwiches makes orders helps the fryers helps the making of the sandwiches I never really did the the counter but I just be in the kitchen doing all the dishes taken out the trash breaking cardboard boxes down I'm doing my videos learning how to make new sandwiches keeping track of your times being sanitary keeping it sanitary keeping things clean trying to make food because as best it can be served without the without it going bad and being a cook a closer and shutting down the kitchen each time you go to work as a closer and I enjoyed working at Burger King my boss was Nora and she was one of the best bosses I ever had she taught me a lot and she was always there for me at Burger King in Etters PA and that was one of the first that was the first fast food job I ever had it was a great experience and I'll never take it back it taught me a lot
So this was my first long-term job this was starting off as a roll tender for an a color a six-ditty and a 10 color sanding and doing roll tender for up to three presses up to four presses and you're learning how to help do as much as you can by feeling the tanks with certain chemical water for the printing of UV ray UV lights and using UV ink to make work orders with plates and paper rolls of paper that are 1060 all the way up to 10 105 Matt very sick paper different glosses different kinds of matte paper or opaque 1060 1070 1080 1090 different thickness and paper to run junk mail run government letters Camel coupons laser printing it was a it was a USA Direct then it became vertis Communications and then it became Quad Graphics and I was there for over 10 years easy and I earned 4 weeks vacation I had a great experience and it became a second Pressman assistant for the 10 color sanding on third shift and I worked there from a June 2002 to August 2014 that's the longest experience I ever had at a company and it was a very great experience to work with all the people I got to work with there and printing and learning about printing presses and running printing jobs

The only skills I've ever had is using electric pallet jack a front single Rider a front double Rider a center Rider with double Jack Forks and a clamp truck a sit-down forklift and I never got to learn how to use a high low is stand up forklift I'm skilled at stacking and selecting pallets I have experience in that and I understand how to build pallets but I don't have any other skills than that and that's what I'm good at I'm good at doing warehouse work that's my skill
