• Charge RN in a Cardiac Catheterization and Intervention Unit caring for patients that are having STEMI or need diagnostic intervention
• The lab does 90% left heart catheterizations and some right heart
• The other 10% are devises

• Flight Nurse in charge of caring for critically ill and injured patients
• Independently and with a partnered paramedic make decisions on patient care outside of a facility
• Skills required were intubation, chest tube insertion, balloon pumps, 12 lead interpretation, and ventilator management
• Advanced nursing skills and required certifications ACLS, PALS,(CFRN, FPC, PHTLS, NRP, and EMP-P - inactive)

• Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Level II Trauma Center, 35 bed ER, would see 100 to 125 patients a shift
• Responsible for the care of Emergent and Trauma patients within a team oriented facility
• Basic nursing skills in addition to required certifications ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC

• EMT-Paramedic Centrally located 911 center in the State of Delaware responding to 15-30 calls a 12-hour shift
• Working with a partner paramedic and medical director independently from the BLS unit
• Advanced EMT skills with required certifications ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS
• General paramedic skills in addition to RSI and intubation, patient assessments in the field, and 12 lead interpretation

• Emergency Department Registered Nurse weekend program at Level III Trauma Center, 20 bed ER, would see 150 to 200 patients a shift
• Responsible for the care of Emergent and Trauma patients within a team oriented inner city facility
• Basic nursing skills in addition to required certifications ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC
