First assist with various general surgery and colorectal procedures, including those performed on the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. Independently perform minor surgical procedures, including excisions, debridement, and incision & drainage. Efficiently enter pre-operative and post-operative orders. Implement strong written communication skills to enter thorough documentation in the EHR. Complete inpatient and outpatient History and Physical exams. Perform inpatient consultations and coordinate care with colleagues and other members of the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes. Serve as a liaison between physicians in our group, as well as to patients and family members. Schedule outpatient endoscopy procedures and provide patients with detailed instructions for preparation. Develop strong personal and professional rapport with colleagues and staff members, promoting teamwork within the workplace.

First assisted with a variety of complex vascular surgery procedures, including endovascular and open management of abdominal aortic aneurysm, carotid endarterectomy, bypass grafting for peripheral vascular disease, development of A-V fistula for hemodialysis access, and peripheral angiography and intervention. First assisted with various general surgery procedures. Provided excellent pre-operative and post-operative care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Worked in collaboration with the entire healthcare team to provide the most efficient, effective treatment for our patients.
