  • As an Ambassador, we helped make the guests have the best day possible! Starting with picking the Family of the Day, then staffing the Family Care Center and Guest Services in the Water Kingdom. We would reunite lost children with parents or help find lost children. Set up and play games with children in Planet Snoopy and the Wildwater Kingdom. Roam the park looking for guests who are lost or needing help, if lost we walk them to the ride or destination they are looking for. We handled complaints to make our Guests have their Best Day. Always helping with keeping our Park clean and directing Guests on where they need to go. When needed, helped ticket taking, parking, Premium Services or Guest Services.
