• Oversee all facets of financial aid, including over $550 million in federal, state, and institutional programs

• Works with Office of Admissions and Financial Aid's Director of Budget and Human Resources to develop funds management best practices
• Manages Relationships with Institutional Advancement and other University departments to ensure appropriate and accurate funds management, including endowments, awards, and prizes
• Cultivate and environment of continuous learning through trainings, conference and webinars
• Collaborates with regional campuses
• Oversee all facets of customer service ensuring a positive interaction with internal and external clients
• Supports enrollment initiatives through strategic use of financial aid
• Collaborates with Admissions team in the development of successful recruiting events
• Provide oversight to implementation of campus wide scholarship system
• Serves as liaison with various institutional and professional constituents.

• Oversee institutional programs which include but are not limited to grants, loans, scholarships/endowments and external agencies as well as participate in admissions/financial aid programs
• Works closely with Institutional Advancement and other University departments regarding scholarships and special programs
• Supervises the administration of special programs to ensure accuracy and timely processing of aid in addition to timely and accurate program reconciliation
• Works with team members to establish excellent relationships with both internal and external clients
• Meets with staff regularly to evaluate performance as well as conducts staff evaluations
• Works on improvements for fit/gap analyses regarding process improvements and developments
• Acts as a liaison with various institutional constituents.

· Oversees all operational teams which include Loan Progressing, Application Processing & Awarding, and Client Services

· Oversees a team of financial aid counselors who will contribute to implementing University policies and procedures for awarding and disbursing aid to meet institutional enrollment objectives, recommending changes as necessary
