• Leading the overnight crew on a near-nightly basis in order to complete our work as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Breaking down and organizing grocery loads, placing all product up onto the shelf
• Handling various administrative duties, such as:

- The opening and closing of the store

- Receiving and assisting in the unloading of grocery

deliveries

- Checking and verifying the temperatures of all

coolers and freezers within the store

- Taking any and all phone calls

• Supported and guided patients through the Pennsylvania MMJ program, determining what products and dosages would be best suited to their needs
• Assisted those who were interested in joining the program get started as well as troubleshooted any issues that would arise
• Performed weekly/monthly inventory counts of all products
• Assisted in the intake of and distribution of new product
• Quickly and efficiently took care of ~70 patients a day, ensuring they have the knowledge necessary to correctly and comfortable use their MMJ

• Led all the front end personnel, ensured everyone was on task and taking regularly scheduled breaks on time
• Conducted all lottery transactions, Money Orders, Western Union Money Transfers, customer complaints and returns, etc.
• Ran register as needed, became proficient in quickly and accurately counting money and giving change
• Maintained a fast paced flow to prevent any back up or unnecessarily long waits
• Cleaned and organized product as time provided
