As A Senior Flower technician, I have taken on all the roles of responsibility and leadership for my team.

- Guidance, directing my team, and taking care of everyone, making sure every team member is safe and on task.

- Watering on all Platforms Both Phase. P2/3 being able to make judgment calls on what needs to be done to complete my job.

- Education, teaching my team the why and the reasoning for why we do what we do, and how we can all help to make it better.

- Logging documentation, Event tracker, Batch Tracker, and plant masters. Along with MJ Freeway, I can complete the entire process of documentation from day 1 to 61. , Labor logs and Runoff.

- Since I have started as a Senior Flower technician, I have helped build a team that works effectively together limiting the need for overtime this year by over 50%

• As a Flower technician I help care for the overall health of the garden. Committed to quality assurance and gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain plants through different stages and processes. From the beginning, prepping and managing canopy, pruning for new growth and Defoliation for a premium harvest. Using communication and teamwork on a daily basis for successful task execution.

• Responsible for implementing efficient tools and equipment inventory control procedures, scheduling, and maintenance. In charge of evaluating projects and determining materials, tools, and equipment necessary for successful on-time completion. Inspected Tools and equipment to ensure adequate working conditions. Ordering of new and replacement parts as needed. Trained new staff on shop operations and protocols. Communication and Fluency with production staff to ensure safety and the availability of necessary equipment.

• Operated heavy moving equipment on regular basis with advanced skills. Inspected Heavy Equipment before and after operations to ensure maximum job-site efficiency. Kept diesel trucks and equipment in proper working order including repairs and upkeep. Loading and unloading of freight. Routine Maintenance. Equipment Transportation. Fork Lift Operations.
