- During my tenure with Food Lion, I held different job titles. I started as a frozen food lead, responsibilities were ordering products, stocking products, controlling shrink and backstock to increase sales and profits of the department and store and to deliver a fresh product to the customer. Some other positions held that include the above descriptions were Dairy lead, Perishable Manager, Produce Manager and Grocery Manager, I moved to Assistant Store Manager after I increased the grocery sales by over 3% in 6 months. I held that position for a couple years before I was promoted to store manager. During my time as a store manager, I increased sales by 18-20% over the previous year at the store I was assigned to. I was given the title of Grocery Specialist/Trainer which in this role I was responsible for training new managers that came to the company in merchandising, policies, our ordering system and day to responsibilities.

- During my time with H&T I conducted numerous tasks. I was responsible for collecting and setting up delivery schedules and routes for over 100 stores. Daily responsibilities and tasks were receiving orders from customers. Placing orders through B. Green Distributing for future product needed. The warehouse workers were responsible for separating the delivery on pallets for the customers, I then checked all pallets per invoice to ensure order was correct then set up routes from Maryland to Virginia. I also was responsible for buying fresh meats through Esskay and Oscar Myers
