EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, ICARE

While inside the hospital and looking out into the parking lot, I noticed a couple struggling to remove their electric wheelchair off of the rear of their vehicle. I exited the hospital to see if they needed assistance and they did. So, I helped them with the chair and told them to have a good day. I did not think anything of it, but someone else did and suggested I receive employee of the month.

ICARE awards for recognizing patients in distress and provided emotional/mental/physical support and even sat with a patient whom was in crisis until more professional help arrived.
