Janet Roth

• Manages care for high acuity cardiovascular population {cardiogenic shock, STEMI, HF, valve disease; type A+B dissections, post CABG, valve repair, TAVR, TEVAR, AAA repair]
• Titrates multiple vasoactive medications while closely monitoring invasive hemodynamic monitoring
• Operates ventilators and manages various invasive devices including arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheters and lumbar drains
• Assists with procedures such as central, arterial, Swan-Ganz insertions, intubations, bronchoscopies, ECMO related bedside procedures

• Cared for a variety of patient popuatlions; post op knee, hip and spines; patient's needing respiratory support such as bipap, stable trach patients on ventilators or trach collar
• Monitored vital signs and documented changes in patient conditions and communicated them with covering provider
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Scrub Nurse

• Scrub, gown, and glove for surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field
• Anticipate surgeron's needs and pass instruments and supplies

Circulating Nurse

• Act as a liason with others outside the sterile field
• Manage the overall nursing care in the operating room
• Document the surgical events and assist anesthesia and other staff
